What you’ll do :

  • Join the Operations Reliability & Security team, contributing to the observability and stability of critical IT services;
  • Support the Incident Management process (24 / 7 on-call rotation), actively participating in war rooms and root cause analysis;
  • Ensure real-time monitoring and troubleshooting using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and CheckMK to detect and analyze incidents, anomalies, and performance issues;
  • Identify and implement workarounds to quickly restore service availability in case of critical incidents, minimizing business impact;
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, driving continuous improvements;
  • Perform trend analysis on system and application performance, identifying patterns and proposing proactive measures to optimize reliability;
  • Lead and manage the Problem Management process by tracking follow-ups, prioritizing issues, assigning ownership, and ensuring timely resolution through structured reports;
  • Write detailed incident reports for major incidents, documenting impacts, root causes, resolution actions, and follow-up measures;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a structured approach to problem resolution and continuous service improvement.

What you’ll bring :

  • Proven experience in reliability operations, application monitoring, or IT incident management within a high-availability environment;
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field;
  • Strong expertise in observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, CheckMK) and log analysis platforms;
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including cloud environments, containerized applications, and networking principles;
  • Ability to analyze performance trends, detect anomalies, and propose actionable solutions;
  • Experience in Incident and Problem Management, with a structured approach to troubleshooting and root cause identification;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams;
  • A proactive mindset, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence;
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
