We are seeking a Reliability Operation Senior Specialist for a leading company in online gaming, betting, lotteries, and casinos. You will be responsible for observability and incident management in a complex and challenging environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Joining the Operations Reliability & Security team to contribute to the observability and stability of critical IT services.
  • Supporting Incident Management processes, including 24/7 on-call rotations, active participation in war rooms, and root cause analysis.
  • Monitoring in real-time and resolving issues using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and CheckMK to detect incidents, anomalies, and performance problems.
  • Implementing temporary solutions (workarounds) to restore service availability quickly, minimizing business impact.
  • Collaborating with application and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and promote continuous improvements.
  • Analyzing system and application performance trends to identify patterns and propose proactive measures.
  • Leading Problem Management processes, tracking follow-ups, prioritizing issues, and ensuring timely resolutions with detailed reports.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a structured approach to problem resolution and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in reliability operations, application monitoring, or incident management in high-availability environments.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience with observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, CheckMK) and log analysis platforms.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including cloud environments, containerized applications, and networking principles.
  • Ability to analyze performance trends, detect anomalies, and propose practical solutions.
  • Experience in incident and problem management with a structured problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align technical and business teams.
  • Proactive attitude focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Working hours: Full-time, hybrid smart working on-site

Contract offer: Permanent direct contract
