Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reliability physics and semiconductor physics.
• Experience with reliability stress tests (HTOL/HTRB/THB) and related tests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reliability trials essential for product or technology qualification processes.
• Draw the appropriate biasing circuit to perform stress tests and debug HW before reliability execution.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot reliability issues by understanding transistor physics.
• Position located in Catania – Sicily.
