Location: Any Linde site within Regions South West | req24426

What you will enjoy doing

• Define the strategy for managing the electrical assets of the plants in the region.
• Support the Reliability & Maintenance team in implementing the LINDE Standard for Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance to enhance plant availability and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency in electrical equipment management and support operations and maintenance in troubleshooting issues.
• Lead or support Root-Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting, and support Turn-Around teams in planning and executing activities within your expertise.
• Assist the project execution department in defining equipment specifications.
• Advise on spare parts to ensure optimal plant availability.
• Prepare technical documents and data sheets.

What makes you great

• Possess a university degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Have at least 4 years of experience in industrial plants.
• Good English language skills; knowledge of French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, or German is a plus.
• Willing to travel frequently within the region.
• Broad knowledge of electrical equipment (motors, transformers, High/Med/Low Voltage facilities).
