What you'll be doing
  • Maintaining high-level business relations with Diplomatic institutions and their employees;
  • Communicating with customers (SME and Individuals) remotely and on-site at embassies;
  • Serving as the main point of contact for consultancy and service, supported by our Call Center (24/7);
  • Supporting the migration of customer service to digital channels, including payments, utility payments, payroll, and account statements in BBO;
  • Providing support to ensure customers receive the best service at their preferred branch;
  • Assisting branch employees in applying specific rules for diplomatic customers;
  • Completing compliant and KYC reviews promptly and remotely;
  • Selling bank products and managing post-sales activities.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in selling bank products and post-sales activities;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage;
  • Experience in banking and understanding of banking products and processes.
