What you'll be doing
  • Maintaining high level of business relations with Diplomatic institutions and their employees;
  • Communicating with customers (SME and Individuals) in the entrusted portfolio remotely and on-site at embassies;
  • Serving as the main point of contact for consultancy and service, with support from Call center (24/7);
  • Supporting migration of customer service to digital channels - payments, utility payments, payroll, account statements in BBO;
  • Providing active support in branch for customer comfort;
  • Assisting branch employees in applying specific rules for diplomatic customers;
  • Ensuring timely and remote compliance and KYC reviews;
  • Sales of bank products and post-sales activities.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in sales of bank products and post-sales activities;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
  • Experience in business and knowledge of banking products and processes.
