What you'll be doing
  • Maintaining high-level business relations with Diplomatic institutions and their employees;
  • Communicating with customers (SME and Individuals) in the entrusted portfolio remotely and on-site at embassies;
  • Serving as the main point of contact for consultancy and service, with support from Call Center (24/7);
  • Supporting migration of customer service to digital channels, including payments, utility payments, payroll, and account statements in BBO;
  • Assisting customers in branch for a comfortable service experience;
  • Supporting branch employees in applying specific rules for diplomatic customers;
  • Ensuring timely and remote compliance and KYC reviews;
  • Selling bank products and conducting post-sales activities.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in selling bank products and post-sales activities;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage;
  • Experience in banking business and knowledge of banking products and processes.
