What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining high level of business relations with Diplomatic institutions and their employees;
  • Communication with the customers (SME and Individuals) in the entrusted portfolio remotely and on place in the embassies;
  • Main point of contact in case of consultancy and service, with the support of Call center (24 / 7);
  • Active support in migrating customer service to digital channels - migration of payments, utility payments, payroll, account statements in BBO;
  • Active support to receive the best service in the branch where is comfortable for the customer;
  • Active support to branch employees to apply correctly specific rules for diplomatic customers;
  • Compliant and KYC review be done on time and remotely;
  • Sale of bank products and post sales activity.
