Job Description:
The Client Service Associate is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and developing deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications:

- At least one year of successful sales experience with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree.
