The Junior Commercial Analyst role is within the Commercial team at WiseEnergy Italy. It is a permanent, full-time position, ideally based in Milan, reporting to the Commercial Manager. The role requires a broad commercial focus with a regulatory and contractual emphasis, where a technical background in renewables is advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing interfaces with authorities such as GSE, ARERA, and Agenzia delle Dogane regarding communications, audits, and inspections.
• Contract management for solar and renewable energy technologies.
• Managing insurance renewals and claims.
• Supporting onboarding processes for new sites, focusing on understanding contracts and coordinating with finance and technical teams.
• Ensuring regulatory and compliance practices for assets under construction.
• Developing the company's Asset Management Platform as needed.
• Reporting internally and to clients.
• Handling ad hoc commercial projects.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and possibly other European languages.

• Intellectual curiosity about technical management and renewable energy.
• Proficiency with IT systems and intermediate Excel skills.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• Significant regulatory and contract experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and change management skills.
