The Junior Commercial Analyst role is within the Commercial team at WiseEnergy Italy. It is a permanent, full-time position, ideally based in Milan, reporting to the Commercial Manager. The role involves a broad range of commercial responsibilities with a focus on regulatory and contractual aspects, requiring a technical background in renewables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the SPV and/or company's interface with authorities such as GSE, ARERA, and Agenzia delle Dogane, including communications, audits, and inspections.
  • Contract management for solar and other renewable energy technologies.
  • Managing insurance renewals and claims.
  • Supporting onboarding of new sites, focusing on contracts and coordination with finance and technical teams.
  • Handling regulatory and compliance practices for assets under construction.
  • Developing the company's Asset Management Platform as needed.
  • Reporting internally and externally as required.
  • Participating in ad hoc commercial projects.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or other European languages, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility and team-player attitude.
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in technical management.
  • Proficiency with IT systems and intermediate Excel skills.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year in a similar role.
