La figura sarà responsabile di consulenze legali, redazione e negoziazione di contratti, e coordinamento con studi legali e il Dipartimento di Compliance. Hunters Group, a Headhunting Company, is looking for a Regulatory Specialist (Categorie Protette ex Art. 1 Legge 68 / 99) for the implementation of the legal department of an important Multinational Group operating in the Automotive sector with headquarters in Turin .

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist, reporting to the Head of Italy, will be responsible for :

• Providing advice on contract law, commercial law, corporate law, import / export and distribution law, product warranty and liability, insolvency law, manufacturer, and homologation regulations, etc.
• Embracing digitalization challenges to improve efficiency.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and documents such as supply agreements, framework agreements, authorized workshop agreements, loan agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Monitoring, reviewing, amending, and implementing standard sale forms and related contracts in English and Italian.
• Handling litigation with external law firms as needed.
• Managing relationships with external law firms, including selection and tariff negotiations.
• Supporting and coordinating with the Compliance and Ethics Department.

Requisiti

• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Law degree.
• Legal experience in international law firms or as in-house counsel in multinational groups, with emphasis on corporate and regulatory matters, contract negotiation, drafting, and management.
• Ability to draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents in Italian and English with a practical and critical approach.

The employment level will be discussed during the interview. The position offers an internal canteen and 12 days of remote work per month. We are seeking professionals from outside the region who are open to relocating.
