Job summary

UNICEF’s Florence consultancy seeks an expert to develop and revise organizational regulatory instruments over a 12-month period. You will provide specialist drafting, regulatory coherence and governance-process expertise to deliver verifiable document packages.

The role requires a Master’s in Law or related field, 8+ years of policy/regulatory experience, and full English proficiency, with the ability to manage multiple complex documents and stakeholder reviews.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Law, public policy, public administration, governance, international development or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in developing or revising institutional policies, procedures or regulatory instruments.
• Full proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop or revise organizational regulatory instruments over a 12-month period, with drafting, regulatory coherence and governance-process expertise.
• Produce defined, verifiable document packages including decision papers and impact assessments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage multi-document deliverables.
