Adecco Italia SpA, for a Multinational Company, leader in the FMCG Sector, is looking for a :

Regulatory Affairs Specialist

The person will join the Quality Team based in Cermenate, Italy.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all the food products comply with relevant regulatory requirements in multiple markets.

Main Activities :

Regulatory Compliance :

  • Stay up-to-date with international, national, and regional food regulations, including labeling, ingredient restrictions, and food safety standards.
  • Conduct thorough regulatory assessments of new products and existing product lines.
  • Develop and maintain regulatory documentation, such as technical files and safety assessments.
  • Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory changes and updates.

Labeling and Packaging :

  • Develop and review product labels and packaging materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create accurate and compliant labeling.

Regulatory Affairs Projects :

  • Support the implementation of new regulatory projects and initiatives.
  • Represent the company in regulatory audits and inspections.

Your team :

You will report directly to the Global Regulatory & Food Safety Manager.

Additionally, you will have a multi countries and cross-functional relations with others team.

Requirements :

  • Master degree in Law, Food Science, Chemistry or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role ;
  • Strong understanding of food regulations, including EU regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Good knowledge of food labeling requirements and ingredient restrictions.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex regulatory information and provide clear recommendations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (French or Spanish will be considered a plus)
