  • The main responsibility of this role is to provide BDX regulatory support to the RA function in Italy and Greece, including registrations and notifications. This involves collaborating with multiple BUs and countries to ensure BD complies with regulatory requirements supporting the BDX business.

  • About the role
  • Main responsibilities include:
    • Supporting product registration activities in the Repertorio (Ministry of Health database) for MD and IVD products (BDX), including data updates like EMDN classification, ensuring compliance with Italian regulatory requirements.
    • The registration tasks involve:
      • Collection and consolidation of registration data
      • Registration in the MoH database
      • Updating information
    • Maintaining regulatory data, including license records, in internal databases as needed.
    • Supporting review and approval of promotional materials for compliance.
    • Assisting with submissions for advertising authorization from local authorities.
    • Supporting the broader EU Regulatory Affairs team as required.
    • Providing RA support by responding to technical questions from customers, business units, and tenders across Italy and Greece.
  • About you
    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Toxicology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacology, or related fields.
    • Experience in Regulatory Affairs within the medical device or diagnostic sector is preferred.
    • Comfortable working remotely.
    • Understanding of legal and scientific aspects.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Professional integrity and approach.
    • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
