IQVIA in Milan is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Analyst to support the regulatory lifecycle of medicinal products on the Italian market. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with office collaboration, and the contract is fixed-term maternity cover.

The candidate should have 2 years of regulatory experience, a life-sciences degree, and strong communication skills to coordinate documentation and interactions with health authorities and clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in life sciences field.
• About two years of regulatory affairs experience.
• Experience with medicinal product regulatory activities.
• Experience coordinating regulatory documentation and submissions.

Mansioni

• Support regulatory lifecycle management of medicinal products in Italy.
• Prepare, review and coordinate regulatory documentation and submissions.
• Support submissions and communications with Italian health authorities.
• Collaborate with clients to align on requests and deadlines.
• Assist lifecycle maintenance, labeling, CMC activities as needed.
• Track deliverables; manage timelines across projects.
• Escalate risks to senior Regulatory Affairs colleagues when needed.
• Participate in meetings and report progress clearly.
• Suggest process improvements while following procedures.
