Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) invites applications for an experienced Registered Nurse. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, guiding a clinical team, and coordinating patient-centered services across multidisciplinary teams.

The position emphasizes professional governance, safety, and ongoing development. A SC or compact-state RN license and BLS are required.

Competenze

Associate's degree required and at least 1 year of RN experience.
Current RN licensure in South Carolina or a compact state.
American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Mansioni

Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
Directs and leads other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
Provide patient/family centered care using the nursing process and focusing on the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs.
Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment ensuring patient privacy and respectful, professional behavior.
Participates in a professional practice model with shared governance and continuous professional development.
Coordinates effective and efficient delivery of patient care services and identifies priorities to improve outcomes.
