Responsibilities

We seek a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The role involves driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. A strong understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential.

Main accountabilities include:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and meet sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships, understand client needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, work with technical teams, and deliver product presentations.
  4. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams.
  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams, and provide market feedback.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Track performance, analyze market data, and maintain CRM records.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors.
  • Strong understanding of BESS technology.
  • Proven sales cycle management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
