Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading BESS manufacturer. The role involves driving sales growth through opportunity identification, customer relationship management, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. Requires knowledge of BESS technology, market trends, and excellent communication skills.

Main accountabilities include:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop strategies, identify opportunities, meet sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships, understand needs, ensure satisfaction.
  3. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated, work with technical team, deliver presentations.
  4. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, collaborate with teams.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and other teams.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Track performance, analyze data, maintain CRM.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • 3–5 years sales experience in energy storage or related sectors.
  • Understanding of BESS technology.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
