Responsibilities

We seek a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The role involves driving sales by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering customized energy storage solutions. A deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, are essential.

The main accountabilities include:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, pursue new business opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver product presentations.
  4. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering teams.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and provide market feedback.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze market data, and maintain CRM data.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors.
  • Strong understanding of BESS technology.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
