Responsibilities

We seek a results-driven Sales Specialist for our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturing company. The role involves driving sales by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing tailored energy storage solutions. A deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential.

Main accountabilities include:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, pursue new business opportunities, and meet sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology, market trends, and regulations; collaborate with technical teams; deliver product presentations.
  4. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams; provide market feedback; participate in meetings.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Track performance, analyze market data, and maintain CRM data.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in energy storage or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong understanding of BESS technology.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
