Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. This role involves driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. A strong understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, are essential.

Main accountabilities include:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new opportunities, meet sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships, understand customer needs, ensure satisfaction.
  3. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology, market trends, and regulations; collaborate with technical teams; deliver product presentations.
  4. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering teams.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams; provide market feedback; participate in meetings.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Track performance, analyze data, maintain CRM database.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 3–5 years sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors.
  • Strong understanding of BESS technology.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.

Skills

  • Knowledge of energy storage applications and renewable energy project financing.
  • Familiarity with energy policies and market regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and partners.
