Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The role involves driving sales growth through opportunity identification, customer relationship management, and delivering energy storage solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop strategies, identify opportunities, meet sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships, understand needs, ensure satisfaction.
  3. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, collaborate with technical teams.
  4. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, collaborate with legal and finance teams.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams; provide market feedback.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Track performance, analyze data, maintain CRM database.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • 3-5 years experience in sales, preferably in energy sectors.
  • Understanding of BESS technology.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
