Regional VIC & Clientelling Manager Italy

The Regional Clienteling Manager is responsible for Clienteling for the region, working closely with the Regional Manager and Store Managers, building and maintaining the client portfolio by contributing to the collective and individual performance of the regions Clienteling KPI’s and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Launching and leading the execution of VIC Development initiatives in store to build an effective client-centric culture across the region.
  • Implementing Clienteling tools and activations at store level, driving key KPIs and maximizing ROI.
  • Developing and implementing in-store programs to stimulate clienteling development and results.
  • Working closely with Regional Manager and Store Management to select the right client profiles for local and global client activations.
  • Accountable for all Clienteling metrics for the region, including data capture, Clienteling sales, client outreach, and retention.
  • Recruiting new potential VICs and developing a comprehensive acquisition strategy to accelerate HNW growth for Italy.
  • Providing training, motivation, and coaching to Store Managers and sales staff to upgrade their ability to create and develop strong relations with clients.
  • Retaining and developing the existing VIC portfolio with a focus on HNW clients.

Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum of Luxury Retail experience.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Luxury Business, customers, competitors, and products.
  • In-depth knowledge of developing and implementing excellence in customer service and client relations.
  • Ability to be pro-active and self-motivated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Usable knowledge of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
