A leading EfW business is looking for an executive to spearhead service operations and growth in Southern Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for P&L management, team development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree, strong financial skills, and leadership experience in a global matrix environment. Fluency in English and Italian is required, along with a willingness to travel 30-50%. This position offers a competitive package and significant leadership scope.

Competenze

• Experience in leadership and P&L management.
• Familiarity with service operations in the EfW sector.
• Ability to report on performance metrics.
