Une entreprise leader dans le secteur alimentaire recherche un Regional Sales Manager pour développer le marché du Sud-Est allemand, en relation étroite avec le Directeur des Ventes National. Ce rôle implique la gestion des activités commerciales et l'atteinte des objectifs de performance, nécessitant une expérience en développement commercial et des compétences analytiques fortes.

Competenze

  • Expérience avérée en développement commercial, de préférence dans le secteur alimentaire.
  • Connaissance des canaux HoReCa et Foodservice.
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais, compréhension de la culture italienne.

We have been entrusted with the search for a :

Location : Germany (Home Office)

The Role

The selected candidate, working closely with the National Sales Manager and the Export Division, will be responsible for managing and further developing the Southeast German market, with the goal of ensuring organic business growth. They will actively contribute to expanding the sales network (distributors) and oversee all commercial development activities.

Key responsibilities :

  • Define, in alignment with company management, the market strategies and commercial policies to be implemented in the assigned territory, ensuring the correct positioning of products;
  • Develop and execute the annual budget and sales objectives, continuously monitoring the market and defining the most suitable strategic actions to achieve targets in terms of volume, value, and profitability;
  • Manage and plan sales activities with a strong direct presence among clients;
  • Achieve profit and sales objectives by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and generating new business opportunities through market analysis, industry fairs, and trade marketing activities;
  • Continuously monitor business performance, developing and implementing appropriate corrective actions when necessary;
  • Provide reporting to headquarters on market performance and development, proactively collaborating with management to define strategies and guide strategic market investments;
  • Ensure compliance with quality, service, and management standards in line with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • A degree in Economics or equivalent experience;
  • Proven experience in business development roles, preferably gained within structured companies in the food sector;
  • Knowledge of the HoReCa and Foodservice channels;
  • Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory;
  • Fluent German and English are required, along with a good understanding of Italian culture;
  • Strong analytical and business development skills, excellent relationship management, leadership qualities, and entrepreneurial mindset complete the ideal profile.
