You’ll be guiding a skilled team, empowering them to excel in delivering innovative ORS solutions, building strong partnerships across the healthcare sector in Northern Italy, and creating added value for our customers through industry-leading strategies.

Field-based (North Area), available to travel within the territory in scope

What you’ll do
  1. Lead, inspire, and manage the regional sales team to achieve commercial objectives and exceed expectations
  2. Implement Mölnlycke’s strategy within the assigned territory, identifying and developing business opportunities
  3. Achieve agreed regional targets and other key performance indicators
  4. Deploy strategic resources to maximise sales efficiency and productivity
  5. Contribute to national sales and marketing strategies as part of the leadership team
  6. Provide accurate forecasts and budget planning, ensuring reliability in financial and commercial targets
  7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and converting opportunities into business growth
  8. Stay ahead of market trends, delivering valuable commercial insights to support national sales and marketing strategies
  9. Implement marketing initiatives locally to drive additional business opportunities and enhance brand positioning
What you’ll need
  • University degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare market
  • Experience managing a sales force
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
