The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) plays a key role in driving Sobi’s commercial success in the Therapeutic Area of Metabolic Diseases. The RSM will lead and develop a high-performing regional field team, driving the deployment and execution of the commercial go-to-market strategy, and act as a multiplier of Sobi’s values, vision, and strategic priorities. The RSM will be a key contributor to strategic and conceptual decision-making, ensuring commercial strategies reflect patient needs, market realities, competitive dynamics, and long-term business objectives.
