The Palace Company Europe is looking for a Regional Sales Manager MICE & Corporate to join the MICE Department team at our Head Office in Milan.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Create and implement sales action plans for the MICE and Corporate segments.
  2. In agreement with the DOS, develop and monitor an annual budget for room sales, a travel plan, and an expense budget used as working documents.
  3. Provide feedback and market intelligence to the DOS regarding industry trends and market conditions.
  4. Research and identify potential new clients and develop business plans to increase business for Baglioni Collection.
  5. Organize client events with selected partner agencies throughout the year.
  6. Develop strong cooperation and relations with LHW.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or LHW member hotels.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MICE market and luxury trends.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel for sales trips or property visits.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
