Descrizione del lavoro

The tasks are goal-oriented and planned annually, based on the regional sales and marketing plan, for operating an optimal time management. Travel requirement: 75%

Responsibilities:
  1. 70% Management of end customers, including:
    • Visits to end customers in the assigned area
    • Identifying and anticipating customer needs
    • Presentation of inspiring cooking shows
    • Follow-up meetings
  2. 25% Management of dealers, including:
    • Visits to dealers in the assigned area
    • Presentation of Partnership of Winners
    • Planning and implementing activities for end customers
  3. Collaborate with the Internal Sales team
  4. Manage planners in collaboration with external/internal consultants
Practical Experiences / Skills:
  • Good culinary knowledge or strong passion for food preparation
  • Understanding of business figures and analytical skills
  • Organized and disciplined work approach
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Native-level Italian and good English skills
