Job Description :

Sentra Energia S.p.A., a direct provider of electricity and gas in the free market, is expanding its commercial structure across Italy and is seeking to hire 1 Regional Sales Manager for Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing a commercial network in the region.
  • Training agents with sales methodologies and guidelines set by the company.
  • Supporting the sales network through periodic coaching.
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Regularly updating sales reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Electricity and Gas sector.
  • Experience in creating and managing sales networks in the utilities sector.
  • Knowledge of the local territory.
  • Immediate availability and full-time commitment.
  • Strong determination to achieve revenue targets.
