A leading industrial company in Rivoli Veronese is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives across European markets. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of sales experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-culturally. You'll craft a successful sales strategy, manage a high-performing team, and maintain strong relationships with customers. This position requires regular travel across the EMEA region, particularly in Italy, Germany, Poland, Romania, and Spain.

Job Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead strategic sales initiatives across key European markets. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a successful sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
* Lead the execution of the sales strategy across your region, ensuring profitable growth and market share expansion.
* Manage and coach a regional sales team, setting clear targets and supporting their development.
* Develop new business opportunities and drive the adoption of new products and solutions.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service and support.
* Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and customer service teams to manage contracts and align strategic initiatives.
* Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce and other internal tools.
* Regularly travel to customer and project sites to build strong and fruitful customer relationships directly or for team support
* Intensely support forecasting activities, ensuring timely and accurate communication with production and finance
* Represent Lincoln Electric at industry events, seminars, and customer visits.
Job Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial or automation sectors.
* Proven experience in team leadership and cross-cultural collaboration.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to coordinate between different departments.
* Fluent in English and at least one additional European language.
* Willingness to travel regularly across the region EMEA ( especially in Italy, Germany, Poland, Romania and Spain
