What You Can Expect

Carry out the promotion and sale of the assigned product line, according to Biomet's commercial policy, maintaining and increasing the customer portfolio. Area: North of Italy. Recon division.

How You'll Create Impact
  1. Account targeting and segmentation
  2. Regional key account planning & management
  3. Sales force and management recruitment, training, development and succession planning
  4. Sales force performance management
  5. Develop relationships with customers to drive sales and acquire new accounts
  6. Develop sales and marketing strategies and drive their execution to support sales growth and competitive advantage
  7. Assist the BU Director in the formulation of yearly and quarterly budgets
  8. Ensure that regional sales & gross margin targets are achieved
  9. Supervise and implement the strategies decided upon and ensure that the highest professional standards of behavior and performance are maintained by the sales force
  10. Travel in the field on a regular basis with each Sales Team member to assess performance and training needs
