Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and continuously refining the HVAC strategy in collaboration with the leadership team. You will also lead business development projects and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement business (including sustainability) strategies, including long-term and annual plans, proactively challenging the status quo and exploring alternative scenarios.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Identify inorganic growth opportunities and support active management of the business portfolio, leading potential inorganic projects.
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance the HVAC technology market position.
  • Propose and lead strategic development projects for the Business Line and Division.
  • Ensure understanding of competitive and market landscapes among relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate the strategy effectively and oversee its systematic execution.
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with business and corporate colleagues.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven ability to advise and lead stakeholders across OEMs and end users.
  • Experience in business management or consulting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic recommendation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and negotiation.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams toward common goals.
