In this role, you will be responsible for leading the definition and continuous refinement of HVAC strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, as well as leading business development projects and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement business strategies, including sustainability initiatives, by developing long-term and annual plans, proactively challenging the status quo, and exploring alternative scenarios.
  2. Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  3. Recognize inorganic growth opportunities, support active management of the business portfolio, and lead potential inorganic projects.
  4. Develop partnerships and collaborations to strengthen HVAC technology market position.
  5. Propose and lead strategic development projects for the business line and division.
  6. Ensure that relevant stakeholders understand the competitive and market landscape.
  7. Communicate the strategy effectively and oversee its systematic execution.
  8. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  9. Foster cross-functional collaboration with business and corporate colleagues.
  10. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Who we are looking for:

  • Preferably hold a degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven experience advising and leading stakeholders across OEMs and end users.
  • Background in business management or consulting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic recommendation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and negotiation.
  • Leadership qualities to motivate teams towards common goals.
