The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sales leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, as well as fluency in Italian and English. Overview

Regional Sales Manager 211 Semiconductor | Italy

Location: Milan (preferred)

Industry: Active Semiconductor Components

Travel: Up to 50% across Italy + occasional EMEA

Join a fast-growing, technically innovative distributor and manufacturer of semiconductor components, uniquely positioned to deliver tailored solutions across industrial, defence, aerospace, and transportation sectors.

What Youll Do
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and accelerate revenue
  • Build deep relationships with strategic customers, positioning us as a trusted partner
  • Act as an individual contributor initially, with a clear path to leading a small team and local office
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with customer needs
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of sales leadership in the active semiconductor space
  • Proven success in consultative selling and business development
  • Experience across industrial, defence, aerospace, or transportation markets
  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Italy and occasionally across EMEA
  • Previous team management experience is a strong advantage
