Ammeraal Beltech is seeking a Regional Manager in Varese, Lombardia to drive regional sales growth in North West Italy. You will lead a sales team, coordinate with Regional Area Managers, and develop strategies to meet sales targets.

This role focuses on expanding market opportunities, optimizing account management, and delivering measurable revenue impact. Ideal candidates should have a strong sales background, leadership skills, and proficiency in both Italian and English.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth.
• Self-driven with forecasting, multi-tasking, integrity and ownership.

• Lead and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive new account development.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director and Regional Area Managers to share best practices.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt approaches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain ethical sales practices.
