Ammeraal Beltech in North West Italy is seeking a Regional Manager to drive sales growth in Rimini/Emilia-Romagna, leading a sales team and coordinating with Regional Area Managers to meet targets. You will shape regional strategies and oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure service levels and profitable expansion.

The role focuses on expanding OEM and end-user penetration, identifying opportunities, and delivering measurable revenue impact while upholding ethical sales practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with strong commercial focus.
• Minimum 5 years in sales management in industrial/manufacturing.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and growth.
• Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills.
