Indie Campers in Italy is seeking a Regional Operations Analyst to drive daily operations, optimise fleet availability, and boost customer satisfaction across the region. You will own end-to-end processes, collaborate with local teams, and work with partners and suppliers to maximise efficiency and cost savings.

The role requires engineering, supply chain, or logistics background with 1–3 years in operations, and a data-driven, proactive mindset.

Competenze

• Background in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or similar), Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, continuous improvement, or facilities management.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimisation (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Track record of contributing to cost reduction or efficiency gains.
• Proactive and action-oriented mindset with initiative to solve operational challenges.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow and improve structured procedures.
• Collaborative team player, able to work with regional and local teams.
• Fluency in English mandatory; German/Italian/French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end regional operational processes to drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost per booking.
• Monitor regional KPIs and report insights to prioritise corrective actions.
• Support regional and local leadership in achieving targets and business objectives.
• Act as the regional point of contact for local partners and suppliers.
• Manage relationships with real estate providers, laundry, gas, cleaning, and other operational partners.
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures and optimise stock levels.
• Contribute to real estate standards and health & safety compliance.
• Procure, negotiate, and manage suppliers with a focus on cost reduction and service levels.
• Support regional network expansion through real estate sourcing and supplier development.
• Standardise and document processes across depots for consistency and scalability.
