About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Operations Lead to oversee all sites for a major international client across Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal. The position is based in Italy (Lombardy or Veneto) and involves regular international travel.

Operations Responsibilities:

1. Manage key client relationships.
2. Lead the reporting team for key accounts and clusters.
3. Organize and manage the multi-site IFM program.
4. Ensure all service level agreements are met.
5. Develop and implement policies, procedures, terms, and conditions as required.
6. Ensure compliance with ISO standards across operations.
7. Maintain health and safety regulations compliance and other company policies.
8. Own and drive non-core technical services across the portfolio.
9. Implement operational excellence and best practices across regions.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

1. Motivate and influence Facility Management teams, setting clear direction.
2. Ensure effective communication and support within teams.
3. Shape operational culture aligned with company values.
4. Participate in recruitment and selection processes as needed.
5. Drive training and development initiatives for FM operations.

Qualifications:

1. Recognized qualification in FM, Business Management, or Engineering.
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Facility Management industry.
4. Proficient in MS Office.
5. Full clean driving license.
6. Experience in a GxP environment is desirable.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong financial management skills.
3. Proven leadership in facility management teams.
