Regional Mobility Segment Manager - Europe (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Establish thought leadership in market segments with high potential for green and digital solutions.
• Advance Hitachi's growth in the mobility sector by leveraging industry expertise.
• Implement segment management processes like market analysis and industry-specific playbooks.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Account Management, and regional business units to develop competitive value propositions.
• Develop and execute strategies for designated market segments, including creating business models and identifying partners.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Align segment strategies with company goals and support resource allocation and strategic planning.
• Identify gaps and propose initiatives to address them.
• Translate strategies into actionable plans and monitor performance.
• Promote safety and integrity, fostering a culture of care.
• Support onboarding and management of mobility accounts within the region.
• Participate in the Mobility segment Management and Core team.

Your Profile:

• Over 10 years of experience in sectors like energy, mobility, industries, or digital within Hitachi focus areas.
• Proven success in delivering scalable market solutions through cross-team collaboration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influence skills.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of market analysis, product lifecycle, and customer-centric design.
• Strong financial and technological expertise for market analysis and business planning.
