ProductLife Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Southern Europe) in Italy to join our Global Marketing team.
Role:
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing localized marketing strategies aligned with global objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales, sales operations, and global marketing teams to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth within your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising platforms to promote services, share company insights, and support events. Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Social Media Management: Oversee regional social media channels, create engaging content, and interact with audiences to strengthen brand presence.
- Marketing Technology Expertise: Act as a super user for marketing platforms like Pardot, managing email campaigns, website updates, and analytics. Lead the use and optimization of tools for webinars and manage all related activities.
- Event Support & Management: Coordinate event logistics with the global events team, serve as a contact for internal and external event organizers, and provide on-site support when needed.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Develop analytics to measure marketing effectiveness across channels such as website, digital ads, events, newsletters, and social media. Use insights to improve strategies continuously.
- Content Management: Ensure all marketing content is current and consistent across channels. Maintain detailed schedules for marketing activities to improve planning and coordination.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse partners in an international environment.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
