ProductLife Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Southern Europe) in Italy to join our Global Marketing team.

Role:

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing localized marketing strategies aligned with global objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales, sales operations, and global marketing teams to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, and advertising platforms. Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
  2. Social Media Management: Oversee regional social media channels, create engaging content, and interact with the audience to strengthen brand presence.
  3. Marketing Technology: Manage marketing platforms such as Pardot, oversee email campaigns, website updates, and analytics. Lead the use and optimization of webinar tools and coordinate webinar activities.
  4. Event Support & Management: Coordinate logistics for events with global teams, serve as a contact point, and provide on-site support when needed.
  5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Develop analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels, and use insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Content Management: Ensure consistency and currency of marketing content across channels. Maintain tracking tools for marketing activities to improve planning.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse partners and understand international market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English for communication with colleagues.
