ProductLife Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Southern Europe) in Italy to join our Global Marketing team.

Role:

The Regional Marketing Manager will execute localized marketing strategies aligned with global objectives. In a matrixed environment, you will collaborate with sales, sales operations, and global marketing teams to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, and advertising platforms to promote services, company insights, and events. Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
  2. Social Media Management: Manage regional social media channels, create engaging content, and respond to audience interactions to strengthen brand presence.
  3. Marketing Technology Expertise: Act as a super user for marketing platforms such as Pardot, managing email campaigns, website updates, and analytics. Lead the use and optimization of tools for webinars and oversee all webinar-related activities.
  4. Event Support & Management: Coordinate event logistics with the global events team, serve as a point of contact for internal teams and event organizers, and provide on-site support as needed.
  5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Develop analytics to measure marketing effectiveness across channels, including website engagement, digital ads, events, newsletters, and social media. Use insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Content Management: Ensure marketing content is current and consistent across local channels. Maintain detailed tracking and calendars for marketing activities to improve planning and coordination.
