ProductLife Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Southern Europe) in Italy to join our Global Marketing team.

Role:

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing localized marketing strategies aligned with global objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales, sales operations, and global marketing teams to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising platforms. Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
  2. Social Media Management: Oversee regional social media channels, create engaging content, and respond to audience interactions to strengthen brand presence.
  3. Marketing Technology: Serve as a super user for marketing platforms like Pardot, managing email campaigns, website updates, and analytics. Lead the use and optimization of tools for webinars, and coordinate all webinar activities.
  4. Event Support & Management: Coordinate event logistics with the global events team, act as a point of contact for internal and external event organizers, and provide onsite support as needed.
  5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Develop analytics to measure marketing effectiveness across channels, including website, digital ads, events, newsletters, and social media. Use insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Content Management: Ensure all marketing content is up-to-date and consistent across channels. Maintain tracking and calendars for all marketing activities to improve planning and coordination.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
