Vishay Italy is currently looking for a Regional Marketing Manager Europe (m/f/d)

To join our growing team to that is involved defining and implementing the business marketing strategy and guidelines for all assigned divisions and their products, globally and for regional areas assigned. Ensuring an aligned Go-to-market approach for all assigned divisions. This is an opportunity to create real impact within the organization and build a promising career.

Job Location:

The role can be filled in Turin, next to our production sites, or in Milan, close to our sales office.

In a Nutshell:

This role reports to the Regional Marketing Europe Diodes. It provides key specialist support to the entire Sales Team in Southern Europe (especially Italy, France, and Spain) and manages some of our large accounts globally.

Key Role and Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the business marketing of DIODES electronic components for defined regions, segments and customers within the European market.
• Conducting technical product presentations and training for sales and customers.
• Customer retention and maintenance with OEMs and distributors.
• Pricing and negotiations with customers.
• Preparation of market and competition analyses.
• Budget & business Plan creation and target tracking.

What you will bring along:

• Electrical engineering/physics or a comparable level of education.
• Initial practical experience with DIODES electronic semiconductor components desirable or great interest in working with them necessary.
• Previous experience handling a large portfolio of products and the large dataset that goes with it
• Previous Experience handling large, strategic accounts
• Conversational fluency in English and Italian. Further European language a bonus.
• Experience working in a matrix environment and with multiple Product divisions and Sales Teams
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Solid data management skills (MS Excel and MS Access).
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
