RINA is currently recruiting for a Regional Marketing & Commercial Support Advisor - Categorie protette legge 68/99 to join its office in Genoa within the Marine Market Development Division.

Mission

The Regional Marketing & Commercial Support Advisor is dedicated to bridging global strategies with regional execution. The role is to effectively support the Business Unit’s marketing and commercial initiatives within their region, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

Key Accountabilities

The Marine Marketing and Commercial Support Advisor will assist in implementing marketing strategies, managing communication materials, supporting event coordination, and maintaining market intelligence databases. The individual will work closely with the Marine Marketing and Commercial Support Manager to streamline activities and ensure the successful execution of key projects.

Key areas of action:

  • Assist in the development, design, and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, social media content, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Support the preparation of company profiles, press releases, and eco-themed materials.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate updating of website content in accordance with the Marine Business Unit’s communication strategy.
  • Support video production by gathering content, coordinating approvals, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Assist in the restyling of the Marine section of the company website, which will be launched this year, ensuring content optimization, SEO enhancements, and alignment with the overall communication strategy.
  • Help maintain and update fleet analysis reports, monitor market trends, and track competitor activities.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing data for presentations, reports, and market analysis.
  • Maintain pricing databases and commercial dashboards, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Provide support in due diligence processes by assisting with relevant market research and analysis.
  • Assist in campaign management and performance tracking, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Help maintain and organize mailing lists for commercial initiatives, supporting the Marine team’s outreach efforts.
  • Contribute to the upkeep and organization of the Marine SharePoint area, ensuring documents are easily accessible and well structured.
  • Support internal communication efforts by contributing to newsletters and other updates to improve visibility within the company.
  • Assist in planning and organizing the Marine Business Unit’s participation in events, including trade fairs, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring they align with event goals.
  • Support stand design and visual layouts to ensure cohesive messaging and branding at events.
  • Help with monitoring the outcome of event participation.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, Finance, or Management.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with some exposure to global and regional marketing activities.
  • Basic understanding of how to adapt and implement global strategies in different regional contexts.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Some experience in managing marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others across different cultures and regions.
  • A proactive attitude focused on learning, problem-solving, and improving performance.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders effectively.
