As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team in the MSC department, the Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for coaching the leadership teams in the plants within his/her scope, to enable deployment of the industrial excellence program (IL6S).

How you will contribute

Your role and responsibilities:

• Improve sites overall KPIs and performance through creating a culture of continuous improvement from operators to management
• Lead step-by-step Mondelez Manufacturing Excellence (IL6S) program implementation
• Ensure a coherent site masterplan aligned with business needs
• Lead real-world problem-solving sessions to address breakdowns, equipment, and process losses. Develop standards and work processes to prevent failures from recurring.
• Maintain healthy cost governance and budget management processes. Support sites in identifying potential cost improvement projects.
• Encourage replication by conducting on-site workshops to set an example for others to follow.
• Conduct IL6S phase audits at MDLZ plants in Europe (co-assessor or lead assessor).
• Operate in an international environment, collaborating with global centers of excellence, plant management teams, and key decision-makers.

• An engineering degree plus around 15 years' experience in manufacturing with an industrial focus (production, engineering/projects) and continuous improvement, preferably in the food industry.
• At least 5 years' experience in implementing industrial excellence programs (e.g., TPM, WCM, IWS).
• Fluent in English and Italian.

This position can be based at our plant in Capriata D'Orba (Alessandria) or our business office in Milan.
