As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team in the MSC department, the Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for coaching the leadership teams in the plants within his/her scope, to enable deployment of the industrial excellence program (IL6S).

How you will contribute

Your role and responsibilities:

1. Improve sites overall KPIs and performance through creating a culture of continuous improvement from operators to management.
2. Lead step by step Mondelez Manufacturing Excellence (IL6S) program implementation.
3. Ensure a coherent site masterplan aligned with business needs.
4. Hands-on lead real-world problem-solving sessions to tackle actual breakdowns, equipment, and process losses. Develop and improve standards and create work processes to prevent failures from recurring.
5. Ensure site has healthy cost governance and budget management process and support site in identifying potential cost improvement projects.
6. Encourage replication - drive change by conducting on-site workshops to set an example for others to follow.
7. Conduct IL6S phase audits at MDLZ plants in Europe (co-assessor or lead assessor).
8. Operate in an international environment, collaborating with global centers of excellence, plant management teams & key group decision-makers.

8. Experience in the following areas: continuous improvement, engineering/projects, production.
9. Engineering degree plus around 15 years' experience in manufacturing with an industrial focus (production, engineering/projects) and continuous improvement, preferably in the food industry.
10. At least 5 years' experience in implementing industrial excellence programs (e.g. TPM, WCM, IWS, etc.).
11. Fluent English and Italian required.

This position can be based at our plant in Capriata D'Orba (Alessandria) or our business office in Milan.
