Job Description:

We are looking for a great business leader to join our team of energy consultants. You would be based in our Milan office, working in our consulting activities in the Spanish, Italian and Latin American grid market for power, gas, heating & cooling.

As Regional Leader for Energy Networks for Italy & Spain, you will be responsible for growing the consulting business for electricity, gas and heating network operators in Italy and Spain, potentially also in Latin America. You will work closely with the Global Leader Energy Networks and the national country organisations to design and implement a successful market entry. You will build on existing business relationships, use your own network and expand it to successfully establish AFRY Management Consulting in strategic consulting projects. You will do this through structured, personal relationship building on site and the resulting management of bidding processes. Your success will be measured primarily by the jointly set target of revenue growth.

Qualifications

Below we explain the main skills that we look for in our Regional Leaders. We are looking for great people with a diverse background to grow our Strategy Advisory Team:

1. Masters Degree, ideally with an electrical engineering background
2. At least 7 years of experience in strategic roles in the energy, grid or consulting industry
3. Existing network at the decision-maker level of grid operators in Italy & Spain
4. Very strong affinity for relationship management and networking in the grid industry
5. Exceptional willingness to win and the associated commitment
6. High willingness to travel
7. Business Fluent in Italian and Spanish
